SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as the Quality Assurance Director in the Quality Assurance Department of FORWARD SHIP SUSTAINMENT NAPLES. Responsibilities You will serve as a point of contact for customers, ship’s force, and other Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC) personnel concerning all quality assurance matters related to surface ship maintenance. You will direct and manage allotted budgets for travel, training, recertification, supplies, material, equipment and personnel for the FDRMC Quality Assurance office. You will provide direction, conduct effectiveness evaluations of program capabilities, and reassign departmental efforts. You will evaluate new developments in technology or regulatory matters for application in the Quality Assurance Program.
