SUPERVISORY REGIONAL SARC

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY REGIONAL SARC in the Department of Navy of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. Responsibilities You will perform administrative and technical supervisory duties to include work planning, assignments, training, discipline and leave. You will assign work; establish performance standards, objectives and conduct performance evaluation of subordinates. Provide guidance, information and training on performance and administrative matters. You will supervise a regional team of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response SAPR personnel, comprising of Supervisory Sexual Assault Response Coordinators SARCs, and/or SAPR Victim Advocates VAs.
