SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST

Summary This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Security Management Division. The incumbent serves as a Supervisor and the Senior Security Specialist with responsibility for the NARA Information and Operational Security and Intelligence programs. The incumbent also serves concurrently as the NARA Information Security Officer responsible for program management ensuring protection of national security information. Responsibilities As a SUPERVISORY SECURITY SPECIALIST, you will: Lead team and collateral duty employees in the critical protection of National Security Information. Ensure strict compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Direct and maintain accountability for NARA's Classified Communications (COMSEC) and Operational Security (OPSEC) missions.
