SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the MATERIAL READINESS CELL (MRC) DIVISION, SUPPLY DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will provide expert technical and administrative supervision. You will plan work, set and adjust priorities, evaluate work performance, advise and counsel employees for work and administrative matters, listen and resolve complaints, minor disciplinary measures, and identify developmental and training needs. You will serve as primary point of contact for all MRC related functions. You will coordinate with MRC leads and mangers across projects to ensure process alignment and peer support.
