Supervisory Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor

Summary Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (SVRCs) will serve as a Supervisory Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Division in the Regional Office. The position supervises VR&E staff and is responsible for the administration and workflow of the division. The incumbent exercises technical and oversight responsibility for subordinate employees for the VR&E Division. Responsibilities As a Supervisory Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (SVRC) for the Salt Lake City VA Regional Office, Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) Division, located either in out-based VR&E office, the Supervisory VRC (SVRC) is responsible for providing supervisory oversight to VR&E bargaining unit staff under the direct supervision of the Veteran Readiness and Employment Officer (VREO) and ultimately under the VR&E Officer.
