We are looking for an Application Support Analyst (L2) to join our client's team in Lisbon! In this role, you will be the crucial bridge between incoming issues and our engineering teams. Your mission is to investigate, run diagnostics, find the root cause, and clearly report it to the developers.

What you will do:

• Monitor and analyze incoming application tickets and issues.
• Perform first and second-line troubleshooting on OutSystems and React applications to find out exactly where things are breaking.
• Run queries in SQL to investigate data mismatches or backend behavior.
• Document the issues clearly and route them to the corresponding development teams for resolution.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: Ideally 1 to 3 years of hands‑on experience with SQL (running queries, analyzing databases).
