Act as the onsite Manufacturing SME , owning day‑to‑day MES support on the shop floor. Provide hands‑on L2/L3 support during Testing, Validation, and Go‑Live phases, ensuring minimal production disruption. Support the deployment and stabilization of MES, .NET, and Java applications on the shop floor by diagnosing and resolving production issues across UI, workflows, integrations, equipment interfaces, and databases. Work collaboratively with plant users, IT/OT teams, and offshore AMS teams to ensure fast issue resolution. Validate MES workflows, business rules, and integrations against real manufacturing processes, and identify process improvement opportunities while recommending system enhancements based on shop‑floor observations.
