Supplier Commodity Manager

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ **Strategic Sourcing & Commodity Management:** Develop and execute comprehensive commodity strategies for assigned technologies (including PCB sub-tier laminates) through cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and business units.
+ **Supplier Relationship & Performance Management:** Build and maintain executive-level relationships, conducting data-driven Supplier Business Reviews (SBRs) to monitor performance across cost, quality, technology, and sustainability.
+ **Operational Excellence:** Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including capacity planning, material delivery, inventory lifecycle management, and return-to-vendor (RTV) processes.
+ **Negotiation & RFQ Leadership:** Lead quarterly cost reduction initiatives, manage the RFQ process, validate supplier data, and execute award splits to ensure maximum cost competitiveness.
