Supplier Coordinator

Job description

A reliable data entry person who processes orders daily (regular and bulk) and ensures maximum performance from suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively deals with all order-related tasks to avoid issues and maintain stable metrics of our account on Amazon
• Regularly communicates with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee on-time shipment, delivery, and sales
• Auditing invoices to ensure a decent profit and avoid overcharging or order discrepancies situations
• Gathering data on discount programs
• Initiates strategies to maximize supplier sales & profitability by working closely with internal teams and Managers
• Identifying causes of under-performing suppliers through analyzing sales patterns & supplier's overall performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Easy builds rapport with American clients
