Supplier Development Engineer

Responsible for monitoring progress and timeliness of actions taken by the SDE team with current and new suppliers to ensure they deliver components of the required quality, on time, and in accordance with the specifications of the drawings provided during Advanced Quality Planning for new projects with suppliers, conducting follow-up audits in conjunction with purchasing from the negotiation stages through to the start of production.



+ Oversees the development, implementation, and execution of the supplier development strategy for the BorgWarner DBS Irapuato SDE team.
