SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

A Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) is responsible for the quality of product delivered from supplier to Littelfuse. Develop poor performed supplier by implementing quality tools in suppliers. 8D report review, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC etc. Conducts audit and qualify new suppliers. Interface between plant operation and supplier. Interface between end user and supplier when quality issue arises. New product involvement-design-in/build-in quality. Continuous improvement in supply base.

About the Job:

• Provide leadership and work with functional team to resolve supplier quality issues which affects quality metrics and production line. Include pass through part and raw material shipped to plants.
• Ensure quality tools, methodologies and requirements are fully implemented in suppliers review and 8D report.
