Supplier Development Engineer

Location: San Luis Potosi, MX

Job Purpose: BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is looking for a Supplier Development Engineer. The Supplier Development Engineer will be responsible for ensuring component parts and products are consistently manufactured in full compliance with specified requirements. They apply knowledge and strong understanding of product and process engineering and lead supplier operations improvement. Responsibilities include providing technical support (Quality and Engineering) to suppliers in developing their manufacturing systems to produce BorgWarner component and electronics parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Definition and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions to reduce suppliers’ rejections.
