Supplier Development Engineer

We are looking for a talented and proactive Supplier Development Engineer (SDE) to join our team in Latin America. If you have a passion for the renewable energy industry and experience in ensuring the highest quality standards, this is the opportunity for you!As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the entire quality lifecycle of our suppliers in the region, from evaluation and qualification to continuous supervision and problem-solving.Main Responsibilities:
- Supplier Evaluation & Development: Identify and evaluate new suppliers in cooperation with the Sourcing team to build a competitive and reliable supply chain.
- Quality Audits: Conduct quality system (ISO 9001), process, and product audits to ensure new suppliers and materials meet our stringent requirements.
- Product Approval (PPAP): Manage the sample approval process for new products and complete the material PPAP process, signing off on quality agreements with the R&D department.
