Supplier Enablement Intern

What will you do?
Support the end-to-end technical onboarding process for suppliers, by following a standardized onboarding plan.Accurately track the progress of multiple suppliers at once, using internal tools.Identify delays early and elevate risks or issues promptly to the team lead.Understand and review simple structured data or code‐style formats (e.G., XML) with suppliers.Perform simple, guided system configuration steps needed during supplier setup (no prior system experience required).
Communicate professionally with suppliers (Finance and Technical) in English and Spanish via email and virtual meetings.Build rapport with suppliers, answer questions, and provide clear explanations.Collaborate with global team members to share knowledge, provide updates, and resolve supplier questions.Facilitate online supplier webinars and training sessions.Who will you report to?
