Supplier Management Analyst

(Providing support to the US & Canada operations)

Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow your career in Procurement, Supplier Management, or Business Operations within a global environment?

We are looking for a Supplier Management Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will support suppliers across North America by helping them navigate procurement systems, resolving operational issues, managing reporting requests, and ensuring an excellent supplier experience.

What you’ll do:

• Support supplier onboarding and connectivity in procurement platforms
• Train suppliers on portal tools and invoicing processes
• Provide Tier 1 support and ticket triage for procurement-related requests
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Procurement and Operations
• Support reporting activities and data validation
• Help drive process efficiency and high service levels
