• Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs
• First contact for issues escalation within P2P process (Supplier Master Data)
• Cooperation with Internal and External Audit
• Performing P2P (Supplier Master Data) controls
• Advising other team members in terms of P2P (Supplier Master Data) process matters
• Introduce Improvements within P2P process (Supplier Master Data)
