Job Description

A large North American construction company has recently completed a major Coupa implementation as part of a broader procurement modernization initiative. You will be responsible for guiding suppliers of all sizes—from small family-run businesses to large enterprise vendors—through the onboarding process. This includes responding to inquiries, providing step‑by‑step assistance, and ensuring suppliers complete the required onboarding tasks within Coupa.

Responsibilities

• Support suppliers through the Coupa onboarding process
• Answer supplier questions via email and phone
• Provide clear guidance and troubleshooting for onboarding issues
• Track onboarding progress for a large supplier population
• Communicate professionally with suppliers ranging from small “mom and pop shops” to major vendors
