Supplier Operations & Recovery Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a professional to serve as an on-site representative to oversee and stabilize a critical supplier in Taiwan. This individual will have full oversight of production performance and the supplier's financial health, ensuring the continuity of our supply chain and the implementation of a robust turnaround strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Drive end-to-end production readiness, managing schedules and clear-to-build status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Financial & Liquidity Oversight: Review supplier and critical sub-supplier cash flow to assess the viability of the entire local ecosystem.
• Sub-tier Supply Chain Mapping & Financial health: Map and monitor the suppliers entire sub-tier network (Tier 2 and Tier 3) to identify hidden risks and dependencies.
