About the role

Lead Supply Quality Engineer responsible for ensuring that every component in the supply chain meets quality standards and is delivered on time. You will implement and manage quality systems, collaborate with contract manufacturers, and support rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Implement statistical process control methods for the manufacturing process of critical parts and work with suppliers to incorporate these methods into their control plans.
• Lead rapid sprint analyses following failures during production or OQC inspection, coordinating with design engineers to unblock shipments and establish preventive actions.
