Supplier Quality Engineer

Supplier audit, surveillance and Quality improvement for incoming raw . Insures the consistent application of inspections and tests. Reviews and analyzes the results of the inspection tests and supervises the outcome of products that are not accepted by suppliers.

• Analyze and handle material quality issue from production line, ensure production goes smoothly.
• Follow correlative corrective action with other colleagues.
• Supervise suppliers’ quality performance push suppliers to improve their performance.
• Evaluate and qualify new suppliers with SPD and Engineering.
• Evaluate supplier’s performance monthly, and yearly audit supplier.
• Train supplier for quality matter.
• Issue NCR or SCAR report to supplier and follow corrective action.
• Train IQC inspectors, improve IQC inspectors’ skill.
• Manage and improve IQC & SQE document.
