Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

The FATP Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) drives continuous improvement across our supply chain and business partners. Primary responsibilities include ensuring product quality and timely deliveries from key contract manufacturers and sub-suppliers, developing new suppliers, and implementing measurable improvement programs with supplier leadership. This data-driven role leverages QMS assessments, quality tools, risk analysis, project management, and leadership skills.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Quality Systems: Maintain and enhance company QMS to meet regulatory and Peloton requirements for process and product control

  • Supplier Management: Represent overseas quality team onsite; train and mentor staff; communicate project goals; provide technical guidance; manage supplier audit program and recommend new audits
