Supplier Quality Engineer

The Supplier Development / Quality Engineer is responsible developing new suppliers and perform on-site process audits. Supports commodity and Project Purchasing, Quality, Logistics and VAVE group. Ensures suppliers conformance to MoldTecs Supplier quality manual. Drive and manage supplier scorecards to ensure all suppliers meet or exceed expectations. Deploy and drive sustainability through continuous improvement and effective corrective action and preventive action. Enhance supplier performance on quality and delivery, and supporting new product launches with suppliers and cross functional teams

• Manages supplier APQP ensuring all milestones are met through regular meetings. Address issues ahead and escalated if needed to prevent delays.
• Prepares and evaluates Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents with suppliers in accordance to customer, statutory and regulatory requirement.
