Job Description

The company plans to launch a new branch in the central region, as many suppliers are located in the Bangkok to Chonburi area.
We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of injection molding to maintain supplier quality.

- Conduct supplier quality audits and process evaluations
- Troubleshoot and resolve molding process defects (e.g., burrs, deformation, bubbles, dimensional issues)
- Analyze and report on quality data to drive improvements
- Optimize and standardize molding conditions
- Establish product inspection standards and testing processes
- Promote continuous improvement activities using the PDCA cycle
- Provide technical support and training to suppliers
- Other tasks as assigned by Manager
