Responsible for ensuring supplier quality performance and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain. 

Leads engineering initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry standards. 

Develops and implements quality systems, conducts supplier audits, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. 

Supports new product introduction and process validation while maintaining robust documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
