Supplier Quality Supervisor

Position OverviewThe role is focused on leading the containment and resolution of non-conforming materials for Daimler Truck AG, ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the production process.The candidate will be responsible for coordinating corrective actions with suppliers, managing end‐to‐end resolution processes, and driving operational excellence through the SQDCME framework.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate containment and corrective actions with suppliers for non‐conforming materials reported via QFLs and receiving inspections.Manage the end‐to‐end resolution process to isolate defective components and implement permanent solutions.Coordinate and plan daily activities related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment metrics, ensuring alignment with plant strategy.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed operational KPIs.Lead and develop the work team, ranging from frontline operators to Quality Champions.Foster a hig...
