Job OverviewTo lead and coordinate the containment and corrective actions for non‐conforming materials, manage end‐to‐end resolution, and drive operational improvements across safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environment metrics.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate containment and corrective actions with suppliers for all non‐conforming material reported through QFLs and material receiving inspections where supplier responsibility is identified.Manage the end‐to‐end resolution process to ensure defective components are isolated and permanent solutions are implemented.Coordinate and plan daily activities, tasks and deliverables related to SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment) metrics, ensuring alignment with the plant strategy.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed operational KPIs.Lead and develop the work team, ranging from frontline operators to Quality Champions.Foster a high‐performance culture through coaching, training a...
