Supplier Service Officer

Ensure on-time delivery of goods in the most efficient manner this responsible of all communications with suppliers and forwarders.


Job Responsibilities:

•Coordinate with suppliers for goods readiness to ensure that orders are being shipped on time as indicated by the purchasing/sales department.

• Request bookings from the booking department and provide them with all needed information including loading address/port and number of containers to be booked.

• Share vessel schedule with the Customer Service team which will provide shipping instructions in return.

• Ensure that payment is transferred to suppliers prior to loading date/week.

• Coordinate with both suppliers & forwarders on loading date to ensure a smooth stuffing without delays.

• Request the needed documents and ask for amendments if required after careful check up.
