We are currently hiring a Supplier Services Representative - Pharma to join our team and manage relationships with key pharmaceutical data suppliers.
This role combines supplier partnership management, data quality oversight, and operational coordination, with a strong focus on ensuring reliable, high‑quality data delivery.
This is a hybrid role based in Almaty.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with pharmaceutical data suppliers and act as their primary point of contact
Understand supplier needs and propose appropriate, practical solutions
Ensure data submissions meet contractual quality and timeline standards
Monitor data quality, investigate issues, and support continuous improvement
Gather requirements, prepare custom reports, and respond to reporting requests
