Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in Supply & Operations in the Oil industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of LPG regulations
• Proficient in SAP, MS Office, and Google Workspace applications
• Supply Chain or Trading training is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage supply planning, replenishment, and inventory control for LPG import terminals
• Monitor vessel loading/discharging and coordinate supply chain activities
• Consolidate sales forecasts and ensure timely importation with minimal demurrage exposure
• Coordinate with Trading and Operations to prevent supply disruption
• Evaluate and file claims (oil loss, demurrage, etc.)
• Negotiate and execute synergy agreements with Other Oil Companies (OOCs)
• Manage supply-related payables...
