Supply and Demand Planner Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• At least 4–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, or related supply chain roles (with at least 2 years supervisory role)
• Demonstrated experience in S&OP facilitation or leadership
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, manufacturing, or import-based supply chains is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory); ability to build and manage complex planning and analytical models
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Solid understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting methodologies, and supply chain lead-time dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple variables such as shelf life, promotions, capacity constraints, and logistics lead times.
