• Design, develop, maintain, and continuously improve interactive dashboards and reports in BI tools and MS Excel to visualize supply chain performance
• Further develop KPI transparency frameworks across the supply chain, including metrics such as OTIF, inventory levels, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, lead times, and cost-to-serve
• Conduct root cause and factor analyses and align deviations across the entire end-to-end supply chain
