Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist, SEA

**Responsibility Level:**



The position incumbent is accountable for providing Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment & Procurement support for SEA Commercial and Marketing functions.



**Typical Duties:**



+ **Supply Chain & Order Fulfilment (60%)**

+ Secure complete sales order processing for all SEA customers, including preparing of Pro-Forma Invoice, communication with customers to secure sign-off

+ Secure transportation arrangements for all SEA customers in accordance with incoterms (DDP, CIF & FOB), including securing vessel booking, preparation for export declarations etc

+ For DDP incoterms customers, liaise with Clarios Freight Forwarder Service Provider for the shipping co-ordination, including preparation of documents for import declarations, liaising with customers for pick-up

+ Advising customers to prepare for payment before delivery
