Supply Chain Assistant

Analyze and determine supply & production requirements based on sales orders and target inventory level
Track and monitor production performances of all plants.
Close coordination with the plants regarding production & inventory management
Monitor and adjust schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Participate in production and supply planning meetings by providing updates and support issue discussion
Maintain accurate records of supply data, including volume, types, and quality of products
Prepare supply reports and keep the management informed about supply/production status
Oversee inventory management and place orders as needed
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good organizational skills
