Supply Chain Assistant

BASIC FUNCTIONS
The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for processing and monitoring all purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and other purchasing related transactions.

Education : Graduate of a four (4) year course in Business Administration.

Experience : At least one (1) year of experience

Training : Customer Service Training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares purchase orders on all Departments/ Divisions/ Sections/ Units.
• Sends approved copies of Purchase Orders to the suppliers.
• Tracks and monitors all undelivered purchase orders.
• Prepares and submits all receiving reports of deliveries on a daily basis.
• Prepares the monthly inventory of medical supplies.
• Takes inventory and analyzes all documentation such as invoices, bills and other supply documents.
• Assists in receiving medical supplies deliveries.
