Role Summary

The Supply Chain Assistant is responsible for planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination to

ensure product availability at the right time, right quantity, and right cost. This role directly supports margin

protection, cash flow management, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Inventory Management

• Prepare demand forecasts by SKU for online and offline channels
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid out-of-stocks and overstocking
• Monitor inventory days on hand and flag risks early
• Track slow-moving and aging inventory

Procurement & Supplier Coordination

• Prepare and issue purchase orders based on approved forecasts
• Coordinate with manufacturers on lead times, MOQs, and delivery schedules
