Supply Chain Assistant

The Supply Chain Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our inventory, supplier relationships, and shipment processes. This is a hands-on role for someone with a technical background (accounting or engineering preferred) who is eager to learn nose to tail about the business and become a core part of the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts; set reorder points, safety stock, and lead-time assumptions.
• Keep inventory accurate across channels; run cycle counts and resolve variances.
• Source and manage suppliers: issue RFQs, compare quotes/MOQs/lead times, place and track POs.
• Coordinate shipping (parcel/LTL/air/sea), compare transportation costs, and minimize landed cost.
• Maintain precise product weights & dimensions, packaging specs, and documentation (HS codes, customs forms).
