POSITION: Supply Chain Assistant
Transportation Allowance : Php / monthly
Communication Allowance : Php / monthly
Monthly Incentives Basis : Php 1,000 / monthly

Key Responsibilities
● Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, order tracking, and related
documentation
● Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/database systems regularly
● Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries
● Track shipments, follow up on delivery schedules, and support issue resolution when
discrepancies arise
● Prepare basic reports on inventory levels, delivery status, and operational costs
● Perform general administrative support such as data entry, email coordination, and filing

Qualifications
● College diploma, Associate's degree, or GED (Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or
Business is a plus)
