Supply Chain Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in coordinating import orders with China and local suppliers.
• Track production timelines, shipment progress, and notify teams of arrivals or deliveries.
• Maintain accurate import documentation (sales contracts, packing lists, invoices, marine insurance, freight estimates, and other related documents).
• Ensure consistency across documents before submission to Finance or Brokers.
• Update shipment trackers and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Follow SOPs and compliance requirements at all times.
