Apply intermediate analytical skills for comparing basic, complex and differing specifications and solutions. Assist in maintaining planning documentation. Identify issues and take responsibility for resolution; demonstrate the ability to encourage others in collaborative problem-solving. Support systems and processes in accordance with established procedures and controls with minimum direction. Provide information and assistance in the development of presentations. Understand the components of the organization and its stakeholders and act as a primary point of contact and knowledge for issues.
