Supply Chain Capabilities & Excellence Lead

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a SC Capabilities & Excellence Manager based in Bogotá, Colombia. This role focuses on enhancing supply chain performance through capability building, analytics, and digitalization. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to optimize processes in planning, logistics, and customer service.

The ideal applicant will possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain settings. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
