We are looking for a Supply Chain Clerk for one of our pharma clients based in Visp.

Job Summary

Responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the production schedule. Perform all duties to ensure the departmental schedules are accurate and communicated to all relevant departments to drive short‑term execution of plans. Ensure all schedules are created respecting existing labor and asset capacities and are achievable based on planned material availabilities. Drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders.

Scheduler Operations Tasks

• Own the day‑to‑day operational scheduling (8‑week horizon) and resources balancing.
• Coordinate with logistics the delivery of API and raw materials from warehouse to production line according to manufacturing requirement dates.
