Location: Barranquilla, Colombia
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Supply Chain & Warehouse Officer to oversee our warehouse operations, logistics flow, and import–export processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse expertise, and the ability to manage complex supply chain operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Lead, manage, and supervise a team of 20+ warehouse staff.
Manage logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
Handle import–export documentation, customs requirements, and compliance procedures.
Coordinate with DIAN and other relevant authorities for inspections, compliance checks, and anti-narcotics requirements to ensure smooth shipment clearance from the Barranquilla to other U.S. destinations.
