General Job Function:

As the subject matter expert in WEC “contracting methodologies” and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions (Ts&Cs), lead the application and formulation of contract templates applied to supplier/subcontractor agreements, inclusive of procurements for products, goods and services, with the goal of protecting Westinghouse's commercial interests and supporting internal/external customers and projects. Support of sourcing activities related to the disposition of supplier/subcontractor exceptions to WEC T&Cs and negotiation of same.
