Supply Chain Coordinator

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Procurement Executive to join the team
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per company requirements
Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services
Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve best value
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery schedules
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delays
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
Support inventory planning and stock management
Prepare procurement reports and documentation for management review
