External Job Description
Under direct supervision of the Production Manager thebuyer will be working to meet the material needs of production requirements (direct materials) via MRP outputs along with additional information sources and maintain sufficient on hand inventory levels. This role also ensures the updated accuracy of materials within the plant. This position works closely with the operations team, production scheduler, external suppliers, and global sourcing.
