Job Purpose:

To ensure effective supply planning and inventory management for the Pondicherry factory, aligning production schedules with demand forecasts, optimizing stock levels, and supporting seamless operations across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity, and inventory targets.
+ Collaborate with factory teams, procurement, and central planning to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
+ Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
+ Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for efficient material movement and storage.
+ Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
