Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities & Duties:

To assist the Senior Executive in the following areas:

1. Conduct product research and source new suppliers and vendors.
2. Source materials, goods, products, and services, and negotiate the most competitive and cost‑effective contracts and deals.
3. Monitor stock levels and place replenishment orders as required.
4. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers upon approval from the superior or Manager.
5. Enter order details (e.g., vendor information, quantities, pricing) into internal systems accurately and timely.
6. Maintain updated records of all purchased items, delivery schedules, and invoices.
7. Coordinate with warehouse personnel(s) to ensure stock accuracy for all incoming shipments and orders.
8. Perform inventory inspections or investigations in cases of quality or quantity discrepancies.
9. Report faulty items or inconsistencies to suppliers immediately, if identified.
