Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations : supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
• Manage inventory : conduct cycle counts and reconcile stock with systems to maintain high accuracy
• Lead and train staff : direct warehouse team (associates, forklift operators), optimize workforce schedules, and mentor personnel.
• Safety and compliance : enforce proper use of PPE, conduct safety inspections, document SOPs, and uphold regulatory standards.
• Equipment upkeep : coordinate maintenance of forklifts, conveyors, and other material handling systems.
• Track KPIs & reports : monitor productivity metrics accuracy, costs), prepare reports, and present performance data to management.
