Job Responsibilities:

Respond to Demand

• Assist in managing current orders and forecast future demand in order to provide adequate supplies.
• Generate Purchase Orders, collaborate with other departments and stakeholders for order settlement, and check pricing before fulfilment of orders.
• Prepare stock balance for respective teams.

Maintain Inventory

• Plan and maintain adequate inventory, scheduling and receiving shipments.
• Coordinate with forwarders, transporter, shipping agents on shipment.
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure customer delivery schedule is met.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment and warehouse activities with 3PL - Works with 3PL to set up intercompany transfers.
