Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth and operational objectives
• Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution
• Drive cost optimization, service level improvement, and operational efficiency

Importation & Regulatory Compliance

• Oversee importation processes, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Manage relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers
• Ensure timely and cost-effective inbound shipments

Logistics & Distribution

• Lead transportation planning and distribution network management
• Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely replenishment to retail and warehouse locations
